We had a blast 💥 last week at SWA’s annual company meeting where folks from our CT, NYC, DC, and Boston offices met up in New York for a day packed with good snacks, great company, and tons of employee fun facts. Our presenters shared tools, data, and case studies on some of our favorite topics at SWA: 🌳 Embodied carbon reductions ♻ Retrofits, adaptive reuse, and historic preservation 🏢 Office to residential conversions 💧 Humidity control and variable refrigerant flow (VRF) efficiency ☑ Data verification and benchmarking 👏Thank you to all the teams who presented their work, to the folks who made the meeting possible, and to all SWA employees for their continued hard work and commitment to improving the built environment.
