CAMBA Gardens Receives Excellence in Affordable Housing Award
We are pleased to announce that CAMBA Gardens Phase I and II located in Wingate, Brooklyn, has been recognized by the Urban Land Institute (ULI) as a winner of the 2018 Excellence in Affordable Housing Development award. As the sustainability consultants, SWA facilitated the project’s certification under multiple energy efficiency programs, including LEED®, ENERGY STAR®, and Enterprise Green Communities®.
